What if me and the VA aren't a good fit?

Whilst we endeavour to match you with the perfect VA, sometimes it might not be quite right. If that happens, just let us know and we can source you another VA.

Why can't I choose my VA's location?

All of our VAs are UK based but we all work virtually so our location is not relevant. We discourage face to face meet ups as it can prove costly for you – we’ll charge for travel and all time spent away from the office – everything can be done via email/phone.

What if I need someone in my office?

I'm afraid we are not the right fit.  There are many people out there that are happy to work onsite, but all of us at ABC work virtually.

Is there a minimum amount that I need to spend every month?

The minimum is just five hours a month - that is just another one of the great advantages of working with a VA!

Why is the rate seemingly higher than an employee?

By working with a Virtual Assistant, you are working with a fellow business owner and actually saving money.  You will only be paying for the hours that are worked and will also not have to fork out on other costs including: insurance, holidays, pensions, HR, equipment and more.

Not only are you saving money, you're saving the stress and hassle too!

What's the notice period?

As you are paying in advance, there is no notice period - another advantage to having a VA over an employee.
